Description
LLPT 94 Adhesion Promoter is a liquid adhesion promoter and commonly used on low surface energy materials to increase the initial bonding strength and curing better for long term performance of adhesive, LLPT suggests each application should be tested on compatibility in a small range before large area application for the first time use.
Use gravity feed wipe, knurled roller or brush to apply a thin, uniform coating thickness onto bonding surfaces, which is approximately 0.002 inch (0.05 mm) or less.
The bonding surface should be clean and dry. Apply promoter only to areas that will be fully covered with tape and a drying time of 30 to 90 seconds is recommended.
Extremely helpful for Acrylic Double Sided Adhesive for a secured bonding initial bonding, specially for permanent use.
Not only works on LLPT double sided acrylic mounting foam tapes, but also any other brands and compatible with 4298 Adhesion Promoter.
