How our shine guards work: 1) Place the protectors on a baking paper and heat them with a hair dryer (with hot air) for 3-5 minutes. 2) Allow the pads to cool for 10-15 seconds. 3) Place the pads on your shin with light pressure. 4) Allow to cure for 5 minutes.
