Box contents: our 4 x mixed pack contains 4 individual bite rails in sizes M and L, which can be adjusted to both the upper and lower teeth. Also included are detailed instructions for use on shaping and cutting the mouth guard as well as a hygiene case for storing and protecting your bite splint.
Adjustment: Place the mouth guard in boiling water for 15 to 20 seconds. Use tongs or wooden spoon to take it out. Let it cool for 3 seconds and then gently press it on the teeth. Place it for approx. 20 seconds in cold water. The protector can also be shortened and reshaped if required. Unlike other models that only fit the front teeth, our mouth guard can be shaped to cover an entire row of teeth.
