Vitamin biotin: In addition to the Lactobacillus bacteria, a bag contains 30.0 g of biotin. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes (e.g. intestinal mucosa)
Lactose and gluten free: the powder is free from lactose and gluten. It is tasteless and can be easily prepared with water for a drink
Easy to use: 1-2 times a day, you can simply put the contents of a bag in a glass of non-carbonated water, stir and you’re done. It is recommended to consume with a main meal
