Description
DESIGNED TO SIMPLIFY connecting the handrail to newel process, it can be used on horizontal landing or angled stair rails. The Universal handrail to Newel Post Fixing kit will allow you to fix a rail between two existing or new newel posts at non-standard staircase pitch.
WILL CONNECT one end of a rail to a newel post and contains all the fixings you need.
COVER BUTTON PROVIDED but timber plugs can be used as well. Plugs can be cut flush to the newel post, sanded and finished to give a hidden fix finish.
INCLUDES Newel Post Bolt 85mm, Square Rail Plate 32mm x 32mm, Bolt Washer, 4 Fixing Screws, Timber Cover Button.
NOT SUITABLE FOR use with half newel posts and not suitable for Low Profile (LHR) Handrails.
